AQA GCSE Physics Predicted Papers

✏️ Paper first! Work out every question on paper before you open the answer. Write down every step – the equation, the numbers with units, the rearranging and the answer with its unit. In the exam, if your final answer is wrong you can still get marks for correct working, but only if the examiner can see it.

Questions

How is this different from the mock exams?

The Higher mock exams cover the whole course like a typical paper. These predicted papers concentrate on the topics that haven’t come up recently, so they work best as extra practice once you’ve done a full mock.

Which course is this for?

These are Higher tier papers written in the style of AQA GCSE Physics (8463), the separate science. Combined Science Higher students will find most questions useful, but some content is Physics-only, such as electric fields, ultrasound, seismic waves, loudspeakers and space.

Will these exact questions come up?

No one can promise that. Predictions are educated guesses based on recent papers, not inside knowledge, and AQA can test any part of the specification. Use these alongside full revision of the whole course.

Are these real AQA papers?

No. They are original questions written by The Physics Question Bank in the AQA style. They are not produced or endorsed by AQA.

Can I print them?

Yes. Print as many copies as you need for your own household, or for your own classes if you’re a teacher. Please don’t share the files publicly.

How do I get the files?

Checkout is handled securely by Payhip. You get a download link straight away and by email.
